Important Notices for Request Reservations
Please check the LINE message when making a reservation request.
We have two stores in Onna Village.
The stores are 1.5km apart and take about 3 minutes by car.
Please be careful not to go to the wrong store.
Onna Village store: Maximum 3 people (open space)
(Please note that we give priority to groups of three or two. *Depending on the reservation situation, we may be able to accommodate one person.)
For customers who are unable to come to the Manza store, a designated store fee of +1,000 yen or more may apply depending on the reservation situation and season.
In some cases, you may be able to make a reservation by paying the above fee. Please contact us for more information.)
Manza store: Maximum 2 people (individual rooms)
(Stores exclusively for single occupants or customers requesting a private room)
2nd floor of Lawson at the entrance to ANA Manza Beach Resort Hotel (right in front of the Manza Beach Entrance bus stop)
(Late-night fees apply after 9 p.m.)
(There is a fee for men)

*There is no waiting room, so please arrive at the store on time.
Cancellation policy (cancellation fee is based on the planned usage fee) Cancellation within 4 hours of the day - Last minute cancellation fee: Full amount
Unnecessary cancellation: Full amount (no more reservations accepted in advance)
Cancellation fee between 23:00 on the previous day and 4 hours before on the day...50% Change of visit date fee...20% (Cancellation between 23:00 on the previous day and 4 hours before on the day will be considered as cancellation)
If you are late or have your course reduced after arriving at the store, you will be charged the scheduled usage fee.
・All menus for men +1000 yen
・We cannot accept changes to your course after you arrive at the restaurant.
・Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and weekdays after 9pm: Campaign course + 1,000 yen (price may change for cash bonuses and other payments)
・Regular menu prices will be increased by 10% after 10pm

Please note that cancellations or changes made after 11pm on the day before a reservation will incur cancellation fees, regardless of the reason. Also, please note that if you arrive after the scheduled time, the treatment time will be deducted from the scheduled course time. When making a reservation, please reply by agreeing to the cancellation policy.
